Decree: On property

In order to advance the duchy forward, the following is made law:

The property of the Duchy shall include:
- all lands, waterways, lakes, seabed, rivers, icebergs and glaciers
- all buildings of cultural importance
- all factories of significant character

There is no limit to which the Duchy may own.

This applies to the whole of the Duchy.

With the sole exception being those buildings and facilities, if any, already belonging to the Imperial Crown.

I disagree, Milady. The decree states that all buildings of cultural importance were to be nationalized, this includes imperially owned buildings and facalities :-D

No Duke/Baron/Count/Commoner can lawfully take what belongs to a Kaiser/Kaiseress because S/He is above all.
