[Kaiser Nicodemus I]

In the recent Day of Review held by the Landsraad, it was decided by most of those who voted that we have done a poor job as Kaiser. Shireroth, being a democracy, as declared in our most late Imperial Charter, is a nation that must be governed by the rule of law and the will of the people--Government of the People, for the People, and by the People is and ever shall be our aim.

Considering this, and being bound by declaration and decison of the Landsraad, the highest legislative body of this, our nation, we do hereby renounce our crown and throne. We leave no heir. We relinquish the Imperial Treasury to the hands of the Landsraad.

You aren't reallly relinquishing your throne: the real Kaiser is throwing your sorry self off a wrongly grabbed throne, and is keeping his crown on his own head where it belongs. Don't go cooking up any more power grabs, and stop listening to advice from Moose. It'll get you two into more trouble.

I think your heart was in the right place--trying to make Shireroth more active and a more interesting place--but your judgment was faulty. I'm anxious to see, however, what you will cook up next. It may not always be right, but it's never boring.
