Kaiser titles
Are these really a Landsraad issue? I thought of them less as things that have force of law and more as a cultural "this is what we agree to call these guys" thing.

I've posted my own rationale for defending the practice in the Landsraad. But if I may possibly add a personal touch here, where it would be more appropriate:
Not much is left in Shireroth of my time as Kaiser. The Lorelei issue, whether one thinks I did well in poorly in handling it, has become moot; that good old saying, "Death spare you all", has mostly fallen out of use; the office of Ombudsman proved useless and is no longer used; and most of the official documents concerning my reign, in particular the Decrees, vanished in the EZattacks.
The adding of an individual title to a Kaiser's name is one of the few things I introduced that has not disappeared so thoroughly yet as to be forgotten, and I would like it to continue. I am biased in favor of the procedure, this I admit; it is what remains of my legacy as a ruler. But it also helps to look back at leaders of earlier days and know why they were worth remembering, and adding a word or two of description helps in that, if only a little.
Now, I know that conferring such a title does not have to be done by the Landsraad. I do not see it as particularly improper to do so, especially since it amounts to a method of honoring the Kaiser being titled (and also especially since the Kaiser being titled wouldn't be on the throne anymore at the time!), but I acknowledge that there could be other ways to do it. But if this DOES end up being declared outside the purview of the Landsraad, I ask that some other procedure be used in its stead.
I do not want to see this die.
