I noticed a few days ago and tried to put myself into MiniInfo but couldn't figure out how. The new forum mods have made it confusing beyond recognition.

So, the procedure is as such (assuming you have access).
Head to the Auths Center, click "Management".
For permission type, choose "Forum", and for see permissions per, choose "Manager". Long and short, this means you're looking at permissions for a user or group over all forums. If you chose object managed (forum), you would be able to set general permissions for that forum. Don't worry about that, though - stick with Manager.
Now, type in the user name you want to set permissions on. You may have to do a name search to get it. Find the name you want to work on, and when you hit select, it will list EVERY AVAILABLE FORUM. Choose the appropriate permissions from the drop-down for the forums in question. (in this case, "moderator". "moderator, hidden" will make the user a moderator, but won't show it on the mainpage.)
Scroll to the bottom and hit submit, and you're golden.
Did you mean "victory?" Not to criticize Your Excellency's vocabulary..or spelling... after all it may be that there is such a word as "vicotry" and I simply have not heard it.
