Recommendation to the Kaiser

[Scott of Hyperborea]

I'd like to recommend Ryan Caruso for the Order of the Griffin for March. He made the Hurmu banner, supported Shireroth in the Lorelei conflict, has been generally friendly enough to us as MCS Head Guy (and we want to keep him that way), and gave Shireroth some land that was ours already but he thought it wasn't (Greater Automatica, and then way back Mar Sara).
