Concerning the Commonwealth

[Philip Locke]

Alright, let's get this strait. While some people in Freenesia do not want to join, I *do*! Alright? I am putting it to a vote today. I hope that you seriously consider us for membership. An alliance between the two of us could be most beneficial.:) Philip Locke"listen:there's a hellof a good universe next door;let's go" -e.e. cummings

[Kaiser Mors II]

Locke.. an alliance with you would be like allying with husain.... Freenesia is a rogue state... but we'll proly let you in as a non-voting member.. meaning.. you are not bound by the terms of the charter, but you cannot vote... but you may speak in the council (basically, making it more LoM like for you...) Kaiser of Mors IINow it is time to see how you die. Remember Death is not the end.......But only a transition.End the pain
