ARLC Test Bill: Feudal Holdings Act Amendment III
The Bill:Chapter III, Sections C, D, E, and F of the Lawbook shall be replaced with the following:Quote:C. Appointing Nobles1. When a new subdivision is created, the ruler of the level above that subdivision (Kaiser if the subdivision is a Duchy, Duke if the subdivision is a Barony) will appoint a leader for it.D. Removing Nobles1. Any noble may be removed by the Kaiser.2. A Baron may be removed by the Duke ze is serving.3. A Duke may be removed by the Landsraad by a 2/3 majority vote. No votes from the Duchy of the Duke being removed may be cast in such a vote.4. When a new Kaiser takes the throne, all nobles serving the last Kaiser immediately lose their jobs. The new Kaiser must appoint a new set of Dukes, and the new Dukes must appoint a new set of Barons. This also changes the Lawbook to add Chapter V, Section I, reading as follows:Quote:I. When a new Kaiser takes the throne, all Ministers serving the last Kaiser immediately lose their jobs. The new Kaiser must appoint a new set of Ministers. The big change here is Section D, Subsection 4 in the first part as well as the entire second part, which implement a proposal suggested in General that there's an Oustfest when a new Kaiser arrives. While [Scott] was dealing with this section of the lawbook, [he] also tidied it up a little.Voting:All denizens of Kildare who vote should reply with their opinion or lack thereof, in order that their votes may be counted with the proper weight. Non-Kildari may speak in discussion but may not vote. They may submit an opinion with one of the last two poll choices, however.Voting will close in no sooner than three days.Vote Distribution:Dutch (4 Votes): Renee AlyssaThane (3 Votes): Bill Dusch, Justin MontarioCount (2 Votes): Joseph StrongDenizen: YeaDenizen: NayDenizen: No OpinionNon-Denizen: YeaNon-Denicen: NayShow results
