The Bill:Chapter V, Section E, Subsections 2,3, and 4 of the Lawbook, will be changed to read as follows:Quote:2. Any citizen of Shireroth who has failed to fill in the census form will be reclassified from Citizen to Denizen. 3. A Denizen of Shireroth is officially part of a subdivision and is recognized as part of the Imperial Republic, but does not count to fulfill Feudal Holdings Act Requirements.4. Any Denizen may reclaim full citizenship in the Imperial Republic by submitting a request for such to the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization. Ze need not re-immigrate.This act is a new way of dealing with inactive citizens that removes them from the Feudal Holdings count while not kicking them out of the nation entirely.Voting:All denizens of Kildare who vote should reply with their opinion or lack thereof, in order that their votes may be counted with the proper weight. Non-Kildari may speak in discussion but may not vote.
