For Clarity's Sake:
I propose that instead of having one forum containing all the Duchy archives, that all Subdivision threads be kept within their Subdivision unless the Subdivision becomes dissolved or inactive, at which point the whole Subdivision shall become closed and moved to the archive section of the board, but still have its flag and title, just instead of saying "Barony of Straylight" (example as the only subdivision currently using the Duchy archives), it would say "Former Barony of Straylight".For these purposes, a subdivision could be more easily reactivated (again, straylight reference), and we would not lose our history, but also the forum would not take up valuable board space in the active sections.I would like permission from the Kaiser before I activate this policy, as I'm sure someone has a reason for keeping it the way it is (as they always do).If I receive permission, then I shall start with the Barony of Straylight, moving all Straylightian threads from the Archives back into the subdivision, then moving the Barony forum into the archives section, closing it off, and renaming it the "Former Barony of Straylight" or something of the sort. Then I will probably end up doing same for the Barony of Schlangen, as it, too, is active as dirt. Let's Get Ready to RoX0rz!

I'll allow it. Though it may create alot of excess forums.. just make sure to keep them at the way bottom of the boards... Kaiser Erik of Shireroth.Duke of BrookshireNot dead yet...

I just mixed in a lot of compost with the dirt in my yard, so itÂ’s very much alive. Much like the compost that mixed in here. It helps things grow, which means theyÂ’re alive too.Hurrah for live dirt!
