New Immigration Procedure, effective 10/23/05

1. Applications shall now, once again, be accepted by the MINT.2. After the application is deemed acceptable and the immigration approved, the new citizen is deemed a "n00b" for the period of two weeks. During this period, the n00b must maintain a steady level of activity. If a steady level of activity is not maintained and no explination given, the citizenship is revoked.3.
