Imperial Attorney General

Post by UEC »

To be added to Chapter VIE. Imperial Attorney General1. The Imperial Attorney General shall be appointed by the Kaiser of Shireroth, Steward or in both of their abcenses, by the Landsraad.2. The Imperial Attorney General may not be an officer of the Landsraad, or a Minister.3. The Imperial Attorney General is considered an officer of the Imperial Judex.4. The Imperial Attorney General is charged with bringing forth cases before the Imperial Judex that may normally be overlooked, and that the Imperial Attorney General is not personally involved with.5. In cases levied by the Imperial Government against an individual or organization, the Imperial Attorney General shall act as representative for the Plaintiff; the Imperial Govenment.6. The Imperial Attorney General may still be personally taken to trial, or take others to trial as a private citizen.7. The Imperial Attorney Genearl may be taken to trial for misconduct, or misuse of the position of Imperial Attorney General.8. As the Judex is under the authority of the Kaiser, and was created by the Landsraad, the Imperial Attorney General may not levy charge against the Kaiser.9. The Imperial Attorney General may levy charge against any ministers, noble, officer of the Landsraad, private citizen or organization, or private non-citizen.10. The Imperial Attorney General may petition the Kaiser directly to levy charge against the Imperial Provost for misconduct or misuse of the position of Imperial Provost.11. The Imperial Provost may dismiss the Imperial Attorney General at anytime, with the Kaiser getting final say.ie... it's there job to prosecute cases levied by the state. They can charge a minister, Praetor, noble or citizen if they break the law. They can't charge the Provost (excluded), the Kaiser would have to personally deal with that. E.
