The DiploCorp is an idea I had to combat the usual Ambassadorial systems that micronations have. Usually, a citizen is made an ambassador, given the title, perhaps an embassy in the foreign nation, pampered etc, and then does no work, because all they really want is the shiny title and prestige. The DiploCorp would lend a new ethic to Shirerithian foreign affairs, where people are given promotions and new duties depending on their performance. If an economy was introduced, the different ranks would of course earn different salaries. The idea is to introduce a new sense of pride and achievement into foreign affairs that hasn't been there before, except in an individual capacity on the MiniEx's part.Ideally, once it grew large enough, the MiniEx would cease being CorpSec, with a deputy in that position liaising with the MiniEx. That probably won't happen, but the provision is there. I think that the DiploCorp will be a valuable addition to Shirerithian politics and diplomacy, and would hope that any successors I have in MiniEx would carry it on.
