I must say...That has got to have been THE most pointless "reorganization" in the history of Micronations EVER.Its intent was to get rid of old subdivisions and balance the existing ones, right?May I point out that Elwynn turned out with more citizens than the Duchy of Brookshire Proper and the Barony of Muad'Dib combined?WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T WE JUST RE-SWAP HYPERBOREA AND ELWYNN?!?!?!Elwynnese citizens? Are you with me on this? Don't you think you -deserve- that full-fledged Duchal seat in the Landsraad?This DRA bill did nothing to balance the existing subdivisions, and actually disbalanced them quite significantly.I propose one of two corrections:1) Go back to four Duchies: the three we have now, and the Duchy of Elwynn (and Lac Glacei?). This gives for more Landsraad variety, increasing the voting power of both Elwynn and Brookshire proper, and should, if the level of citizenry remains as indicated by current situations, balance up the Duchies quite nicely.The only problem I can forsee with this is that it would put most of the Duchies below FHAA I citizenship requirements, but as it is, Kildare already is, and I don't doubt it will be long before Yardistan is as well once Scott leaves and if Ari continues to be effectively gone.2) Rearrange the three Duchies more radically, mixing up citizens, possibly dividing the three Shires between Duchies, cutting things down through the county level, whatever. Make the land fit the citizens rather than requiring the citizens to fit the land.This proposal might involve something as drastic as above to something simple but radical like giving up on the MCS (which is now a TGS puppet organization, anyway), to something difficult but effective like rewriting the entire Feudal Holdings Act to redefine Duchies and Baronies in a more accommodating manner.So... any suggestions?
