The Territorial Contiguousness Resolution replaces some of Shireroth's more outlying lands with areas closer to our homeland - specifically, north Istvanistan and west Shireroth. The MCS Cartographers are also going to see about giving us parts of the areas north of Kildare once they get a chance to look at the map and compare areas. The reasons for this:1. Aesthetic.2. It will make reorganizing the Duchies much easier to have them in distinct clumps rather than having to group all sorts of different small outyling areas together.3. With the Grand Commonwealth doing its best to steal land that is important to us and our culture, it would be nice to get it first. Making North Istvanistan Shirerithian, since Istvanistan is one of the countries that inspired Shireroth and which many of us have very good memories of, is the step here in which I am most interested.4. Now that Jacobus is back, I am a bit worried about us having all sorts of lands that he has founded, like Melangia and Ergo Sum, under our control. It would be just like him to try and claim them and make a fuss. This pre-empts that.5. We can relocate all of the culturally important names to the new territory. I have some stories that might go well with this.
