Imperial Decree #170: Secession of Arminy

The Crown officially recognizes Arminy as having seceded legally as per the Treaty of Arminsbur3. The lands of Arminy and Hurmu are no longer recognized as a Duchy and Barony of Shireroth.The land pact between Hyperborea and Arminy is hereby revoked. Elwynn is returned to the control of Hyperborea, and the Vaan Aujoen Islands are returned to the control of independent Arminy.Those citizens of Arminy who have remained in Shireroth are currently considered in Shirekeep, but may switch to a new subdivision whenever they wish to do so.
