I hereby create the Ministry of Angst which shall be charged with overseeing and regulating all matters concerning Angst. Those practicing angst without a ministry sanctioned license shall be subject to fines and other punishments.

I hereby bestow the title of Minister of Angst upon Boo(cat), for none can do the job as good as she can.



Beware her wrath, for she is easily angered and will not brook the interference of others.
