It came to him in a dream, a great seaside expanse, filled with low buildings as far as the eye could see.
In Tasherrin, one of the most luxurious places to stay (or, if you're particularly wealthy, live) is one of the Villas at Tasherrin.
Low, long buildings cover the coastal lowlands in the south of Asantelian, many in peculiar shapes, pieced together like a puzzle when seen from above. They are meant to be occupied by what the swnndyrrr would consider a family, a few very close friends and their spouses and children. Arranged around a large, central living room, the buildings split into living space for two, three, and sometimes four different living groups (typically one of the primary owners/residents and their family) extending to kitchen and dining space, then bedrooms and other private entertaining rooms. Bedrooms are typically not connected or adjacent to one another or other rooms for more privacy (swnndyrrr are pretty big about this), separated by closets, bathrooms, or sometimes just outside. Each villa typically has it's own courtyard and/or garden, tended to by the residents.
The roads between each villa are narrow, so as to prevent cars from passing and disturbing the peace. To get around, most permanent residents use bicycles, and there is a new silent electric tram running underneath the community for renters to take them back and forth between their villa and the beach.
These villas are typically rent out for around 1800
