WHY THE FUCK DO THEY SEND OUT REPAYMENT BILLS ONCE EVERY YEAR AND THEN WANT THE BILLS PAID AT INTERVALS DURING THE FUCKING YEAR?

Just keep the payment forms. If you lose one or all, you can get new ones. Get e-legitimation.

But, anyway, I have no problems with CSN, although nearly everyone else in my class do.
