Decree 11: Establishment of a Protected Forest

Eriana Eth Luna Forest is hereby declared a protected Baronial forest. It shall be part of no Lord's feudal lands; rather is shall be overseen by officers of the Baron. There people who dwell wherein shall be granted autonomy to practice their own customs. The felling of trees shall be limited and felled trees shall be replaced with new ones. However, it is important to cut some trees as the economy needs wood.
