1 Million Years Ago: Lac Glacei valley formed by a combination of volcanic eruptions, tectonic shifting and glacial movements.
500,000 Years Ago: Neanderthals pass through Lac Glacei valley over what would later be known as the Occidental Road.
250,000 Years Ago: Ice Age ends and glacial caps melt, pooling at the valley floor to form Lac Glacei.
100,000 Years Ago: Paleolithic settlements appear in small numbers. Forest replaces the ice and dominates much of the thawed valley.
10,000 BC: Apollonian explorers from Audentior explore the region but do not settle in the area.
5,000 BC: Neanderthal settlements disappear and are replaced by modern humans. First large settlements appear around present-day Alpreaux.
2,500 BC: Pre-Lac Glaceian civilization of Glaceiland appears around the Brigadoon area and conquers the lesser tribes in the valley.
2,000 BC: Glaceilanders discover the Occidental Road and begin expanding beyond the valley.
1,500 BC: Glaceilander expansionism halted by Cyberians to the south in Cognito.
1,000 BC: Glaceiland devastated by plague. Population is reduced by nearly 30% and the civilization retreats to the valley.
500 BC: Cyberians expand borders to the start of the Occidental Road. Glaceiland, still not fully recovered from the plague disaster, doesn't contest the move.
200 BC: Pilgrims seeking to evade the plague found settlements to the far north of Glaceiland outside of the valley.
1 AD: Plague finally eliminated entirely in the valley. Population begins a rebound and soon repopulates the emptied cities.
100 AD: Population becomes focused at cities and castles, while the forest and smaller villages remain the same.
300 AD: Otto LeCrux proclaims himself Emperor and declares the first Empire of Glaceiland, extending his rule with the hand of the Imperial Army.
500 AD: The LeCrux Dynasty expand Glaceiland to the northern shores, touching lands with what will eventually be known as Cranda.
600 AD: Emperor Helmut LeCrux pushes the Cyberians out of the Occidental Road and back into Cognito.
700 AD: Emperor Emmanuel LeCrux builds Fort Brigadoon to defend the Occidental Road.
800 AD: Knights become prominent in the valley and begin construction of the many now-famous castles.
900 AD: Pompous Emperor Josef LeCrux marches on Cognito and demands Cyberia surrender it. Cyberians refuse and assemble a massive army on the border. Josef withdraws admitting defeat.
1000 AD: LeCrux Dynasty collapses as cold war with Cyberia looms. The fall of the Imperial House only worsens tensions between Cyberia and Glaceiland.
1102 AD: Cyberian settlers from Cognito found Alpreaux and build a fort there.
1200 AD: Cyberians launch a full-scale invasion of Glaceiland and conquer it entirely. Glaceiland ceases to exist.
1210 AD: Glaceiland annexed to Cyberian Cognito as the single province of Cognito and Lac Glacei.
1300 AD: Alpreaux established as the Lac Glaceian seat of government.
1350 AD: Whitehall Riots occur. Cyberian troops raze Whitehall to the ground.
1400 AD: Gunpowder is introduced to Lac Glacei. Metalworkers quickly become proficient in the construction of muskets.
1450 AD: First Renaissance occurs in Lac Glacei valley. Classical writers and artisans flock to the area for it's remoteness and picturesque scenery.
1500 AD: Composer Strassa completes his epic "Bifrost Dream", which becomes a classical music masterpiece.
1550 AD: Dutchess Agatha Bomburg marries Lord Georg Titov. They would later be known as the founders of the Jacobian Dynasty.
1600 AD: Sir Xavier Titov assumes position of Governor of Cognito and Lac Glacei. His popularity sparks the beginnings of the nationalist movement.
1650 AD: Governor Francis Titov elected Chairman of the Imperialist Party, aimed primarily towards nationalists and conservatives.
1700 AD: Jean Titov, Francis' son, leads a radicalist movement pushing for extremist action against the Cyberian government.
1750 AD: Imperial Party riots occur throughout Cognito and Lac Glacei. Nationalist favortism rises nearly fifty-percent. The riot is bloodily put down by the Cyberian government.
1794 AD: General Jacobus Titov of the Imperial Army siezes control of the military and performs a coup d'etat.
1802 AD: Jacobus' Imperial Army siezes Cognito from Cyberia and declares himself Emperor of the United Imperium of Cognito and Lac Glacei.
1803 AD: United Imperium marches north and siezes all lands east of Cranda and to the shores of Jaris in Interland.
1805 AD: Imperial forces march south and crush the Cyberian army at Cognito. Cyberian casualties number of 100,000 while Imperial losses near 70,000 men.
1807 AD: Cyberia forced from the mainland continent.
1810 AD: Jacobus killed at Victoria by invading Cyberians. The Emperor's death collapses the Imperial government and the nation falls.
1815 AD: Victoria Convention decides post-war fate of the United Imperium. Cognito and Lac Glacei returned to Cyberian control and pre-war borders re-established.
