DSI programs, though run by the ISI, fall under the jurisdiction of the MoMA. Therefor clearance must be granted by either the MoMA, the Kaiser or the Landsrrad to utilize any of the following projects.

Kinetic Weapons Platforms
Railgun Defense Batteries
