Stance on the United Currency/Bank

As I believe it is my job to conduct the external affairs regarding [almost] everything I just wished to know if there were a reason why I shouldn't begin scouting for interest in the other nations regarding the international bank. I find myself quite lucky to have representatives from many of the other nations as active citizens here, but there are still those nations like Ocia that will require a visit. All I need is a thumbs up or down and I will begin my economic campaigning.

I'd say first lets get it working between Gralus, Shireroth and Nelaga; then look at adding the Dutch nations; then start inviting others to join.
