Yet no-one seems willing to abolish it, not even those that oppose it. I have twice suggested a solution but haven't gotten any kind of answer.

Ari returns in 2 days, at which time we can have him install something. Or we could summon him early to help. As it stands, it's more an annoyance then a real threat. So I see no need to call Ari away from his break.

If it gets really bad I can lock down the forum itself for 24 hours. That seemed to work last time.

A Terrorist is someone who uses fear, ie terror, to get what they want. To send a message, to sway someone...etc. There is no such thing in this situation.
