Magic isn't fickle if you're half-decent with it... it's only as fickle as the mage wielding it. And anyone can use it, it's just that you have to learn how, like with a martial art, for example. Although with magic, some people have higher potential than others... for example, mine is vastly-high, I could probably level most of a city if I really wanted to, but the average schmuck will never be able to blow up more than, say, a three-storey building or something like that. Actually, Naquada and Naquadria are two completely different elements. Naquada is the stargate element and Naquadria is that stuff that Jonas Quinn smuggles to Earth :)
