I was actually complaining about the LACK of mindless chatter - not its presence.

I am sincerely flattered (I think!). While I normally would remain in just one nation so my efforts would not be diminished, I believe that citizenship here, and more specifically Elwynn would not cause to interrupt my other duties; since I would not be taking up any official role, merely that of an active and somewhat insane citizen. I will discuss this with my Emperor and seek his blessing.
