I registered a test account under "Kaiser" just to see the format, everything looks good except for the fact you can't see your money. As well, is there any possibility to creating a transaction record? so you know what transfers occurred and who sent what? Otherwise, it looks fantastic, good job Erik!

Call me old fashioned (I am, after all, used to post based economies where everyone's total is in clear view), but could we put the 'view all users' function as a normal one for any user to do? Or at the very least let us view a duchy by duchy summary of funds. I always hate it in banks when it says 'there's this much money here' but I have no idea who has it. I know that's obviously good in the real world, but here, especially since we're voting and exchanging with eachother reguarly, I don't see why we shouldn't see how much money other people have ...
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

I guess some transparency would allow for a degree of interest. It would certainly mean that the different Duchies would be able to plot alliances and so forth for their aims of Shire domination.

No we don't want privacy then?

The duchy by Duchy summary is coming.. I'm designing it in my head... I just need to find the time/energy to do it.

Disappeared for a couple of days, sorry St. Pat takes precedent. This looks very very good. Now I suppose it will be my task to actually write up the legislation making it legal?

Yerp! And also to toss any more requirements at me for it.

I plan to make logging work some time soonish. That's a whole new set of problems. Mostly cause it means tweaking the database. Which I'll be clearing once we get the laws in place, and making the admin account have a decent password.

I'm also thinking of having people register email addresses to account incase of password loss, and to help prevent double accounts.
