Moving the Gouvernment Forward - Imperial Decree #279

I make this post under my former log-in so that there can be no mistake about my actions or the authority under which they are taken.

There is no consensus about who is the true Kaiser of Shireroth. However, the nation must not come to a stop, and the gouvernment of the Imperial Republic must continue. To this end the post of Steward was created. Our beloved Kaiser died on his way to perform a task. As unquestioned Steward of the late Kaiser Mors V, it is my duty to carry on as he would have wished.

Therefore, I proclaim the following:

First, The Imperial Charter is hereby restored, in full, as was the last wish of our Kaiser Mors V of loving memory. This is done in fulfillment of the last wishes and intent of our late Kaiser. Let he who trifles with it face the wrath of the shade of Mors V, and of the Gods Themselves!

Second, I appoint Erik Mortis Brookshire, Duke of Brookshire, as Arbiter of Shireroth.
