I would point out that the Stewards role was traditionally not to take the throne as Kaiser, but to rule until a Kaiser could be found of the proper bloodlines. Just pointing out. Not making any statements beyond that.

I was under the impression it was Rakesh, but I went back through the archives and realized it was infact Zarathustra. Fortunetly it was at a time when both Zarathustra and Jadie were Babkhans and therefor allows me to retain my claim. What would the gods think of creating a county for the old apollo states?

I can see where the one citizenship rule is coming from... either way, I don't think it's possible for Jatayar to be as good a Kaiser as Mors V was- not because of his abilities- just because he will have too many loyalties to Babkha and therefore not enough time to dedicate solely to Shireroth.
But on the other hand, surely Babkhan bullying techniques are just what we need if we're to get all our land back from the MCS?

Acutally, I am no longer Babkhan, I resigned all positions and my citizenship there. All I can say is that I intend to bring to Shireroth all of the best initiatives I did for Babkha if they are deemed suitable. Top of my list is going to be the MCS.
