Most terrifying. That being the cauldron with the molten iron, I mean.
However, we Laqis are somewhat cleverer in that we leave the lid on when we cook our victims. Makes them cook quicker, so we get more through that way.
Honestly, you Babkhans.

We have one under development. Would you like to trial it... that is to say be the subject of the trial.

Send a thrall? That's no fun to *force* him to go, you have to twist his mind to the point where he'll go willingly.

On the subject of avatar creation, I'm not an avid South Park fan but I think they've got a decent sense of humour and timely commentary... and I rather like http://sp-studio.de

Uh... I've forgotten my old Shirithian avatar... unless it was the one with Tux (the penguin) and Rei (the blue-haired girl)... which I'm not going to wear again because, well, I'm not *that* kind of a geek anymore. (I'm more geeky, but also geeky in a different way)

Maybe you could even go back delphinic again. Whatever, you'll find the one that fits you best.

Re: Avatar Creation
Well, if Atrus is Erik (if you ask the TYSOG... or was it just Peter Little?), and also Scott (if you ask Benkern), and Yuri (if you ask some people who had a decently original idea probably partly based on the kind of mistaken identities that have been mentioned so far), and Abbas (if you ask some copycat Babkhans), then I guess I'm Atrus...

Thanks for that bit of compressed history. So funny!

I've always loved your "Eye." It's about the most ingenious personal symvbol here on the forum, but it took me awhile to recognize the letters of your name on the surface of the spinning ball.

Though I hasten to note, as I have before, that I did not actually create the Eye. I wish I knew how it was made, really, or that I had the patience to try that kind of thing myself... I might be able to come up with something even more awesome.
