1. Murder is not allowed. Anyone found guilty will be shot in front of a firing squad of two men, firing from the feet up while the guilty is tied to a wall.
2. Theft is not allowed. See rule #1 except stop at the kneecaps. Annexation is still allowed, since it's kind of the lifeblood of Yardistan and part of what makes it famous. But this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis... using the word "annex" instead of "steal" wouldn't work in some cases.
3. A new military order is now in charge: The Chelkran Elite Guard. My personal genetically enhanced super-soldiers, trained more harshly than almost any other military in the world. But as much as they are hard-asses, they're cool guys. They like to have parties.
4. Someone must tell me what BAM is...
5. Someone must also tell me what all landmarks are in this area, because I can't glean a lick of it by looking through the forums...
