Dukes, please ensure your Counts are securely fastened

Now that we've got a forum for (almost) every county, and a beautiful 1:1 mapping between actual Counts and visible Counties... well... I can expect that pretty much every Shirithian will want a personal County now, right? Soo... please clarify, at your leisure, who is the Count of which County, so we can get the forum to reflect the Shirithian people better.

Aaand... I think I missed Old Hallucination, as long as Hypatia isn't around they don't have a Count as far as I can tell... so it's now invisible...
