I'm taking odds on how may denizens would even notice a Kaiserial visit.

I'd be GLAD to go in his stead.

If you're referring to the VCC, drunk is a good idea.

Of course the FRC would make him drunker enough to see UPEC on a clear day. Bongo could mix up a batch of Peter's recipe for Cyberia Libres.

To answer the question directly, the Kaiser should conduct policy as he bloody well pleases, as the spirit moves him from time to time. After all, he's the Kaiser, and what fun is it being Kaiser if you can't cut a swath through micronationry leaving the wreckage for lesser mortals to claen up?

I was almost exactly split between three choices there. My heart and my head are currently saying "soft and squishy", with perhaps an undertone of "but that doesn't mean we can't be devious"; my common sense is saying "let Ari do his thing, and support him in a coherent and intelligent manner"; and the part of me that enjoys a good show is saying "drunk off your ass".

(I mean, let's face it... high-level diplomacy turned tavern brawl? THAT'S government policy that's bound to interest the common citizen.)

I picked option number 5, partly because it seems sensible, partly because Ari is doing an awful lot for us and could probably use some support, and partially because no one else voted for it yet, but I suppose that if I were MiniEx I'd go for Soft and Squishy (but with a side of Deviousness).
