I just wanna encourage people to add bills to the Wiki whenever they put one forth. Just title the article the name of the bill. And who put it forth and with what authority they put it forth (Duke, Kaiser, Prætor). then someone (or you) can later say if it passed or not...
I think this would help with bookkeeping.. and give us a redundancy in our laws... 2 copies...
And people can link against them, and stuff....

I think we already have a "laws" category... maybe we need a bills, laws and failed bills categories....
