I want my MoMA!
I looked in the LawBook while working on the ministry articles on the wiki... and found out that it doesn't contain anything on a MoMA... so... do we legislate it back, do we pretend it exists although there's no law saying it should, or do we get officially rid of it and suffer holy vengeance the next time Greg Russell comes around these parts..?

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

And if we're talking officiality surely any and all Kaiserial Decrees discussing the Ministry or the Ministry itself would sort of implicate its existance from there?

Well, I can see there's general consensus that we need one... now, what should MoMA do? The same job as SHINE except more publicly (which would defeat the point)? Fight recwars? Make fancy graphics? Get us all into trouble by spamming forums?

This kinda brings up the argument of what's the point of war in modern micronations...
We could just give it a vague mandate of defending the nation from foreign threats.

I honestly don't know either.. with the end of convenional and effective micronational warefare, the need for a "formal" military organization for the nation is kinda non-existent...

This is kinda true... It does tend to get more associated with it, mostly since Scott ran both... But it seemed as likely an option to run it as any...
