1. change the landsraad so only dukes can vote. 1 vote per duke.

2. Get a duke in every duchy..

3. Make sure Jonas is still willing to be Prætor..

How does this sound for a start?

Must? No. Not required. but if you are the only person there. The option is there if you are active if not. I could grant the title to another... I have 3 Duchies in need of Dukes... and only have like.. 4 people in total.. so... we'll just have to see..

It is.. Note you are not the Duke of Kildare (yet?) But a Baron IN Kildare. It's an old school distinction. You have been granted a title.. but not any power or land(unless you already had some) at this time.
