Though you have violated the Law of Shireroth by posing as Kaiser of Shireroth. I hereby grant amnesty for you on this matter, in this situation. For your attempt to be Kaiser, so as to assist in the preservation of the Empire, you may at not time, now or in the future, be put on trial or be punished. Your acts were ones of loyalty to the Empire, and you shall not be punished for such.

But do it again and I'll have your head...
