Diplomatic Visum

Post by Jeroen van Veen »

Dear people of Shireroth,

My name is Jeroen van Veen, I am the Prime Minister of Batavië (a dutch micronation).

I am currently revising all treaty's my country has and I found a Treaty of mutual recognition and friendship between Shireroth and Batavië. Can you please explain if this treaty is (still) in effect here?

Further I would like to request a diplomatic visa as I want to spend more time here.

Welcome to Shireroth, the Land of the Nifty!

Hmm... Batavië... I believe our good friend and citizen Jonas originates from this nation also? If so, welcome, pull up a chair, drink some non-brand specific alcohol and enjoy! If not, follow the same proceedure but with less chat with Jonas. :)

I'm sure a real citizen will be along shortly to talk about your problem, but until then, stick around and participate in the discussions here and there. Have a nice time in Shireroth. :demon

Welcome to Shireroth!

Of course, the treaty i sstill in effect. We've not repealed it, and it was passed by our Landsraad. No problems.

I don't think you need a visa to be here, though. Everyone is welcome here, and you can stay for as long as you wish. That is how we treat our foreigners. Benkern here for example hasn't got a visa, but he's still our guest :)

Aye... although with a Visa of some kind I could upgrade my status from "Part of the Furniture Moved in Accidently by Builders to be Moved Elsewhere Soon" to "Part of the Furniture of Mid to L 2007". :)

I see no reason for it not to still be in effect...

Jeroen is making a new and better version of his older Veenbank (a sort of PHPBank), maybe we can get it in the future to. It would help Shireroth and brings the both nations closer.
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

No, I have made a mistake. My post is in the wrong topic.
