We need server space and stuff. and we need to transfer control of the domain from the old company to a new one that has our webspace...

we need at least cgi and preferably MSQL or whatever..

Don't you mean website instead of wedsite?
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki
