From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Okay, in the future I will place my other lessons(of Dutch) here.
We will learn to make sentences and maybe there will come exams too.

Ehh, good for a beginning studentandelarion wrote:Hmm... let's see
Ik ben genaamt Richard. Ik ben in een plats genaamt Zweeden.
lol
My name is Richard
Mijn naam is Richard or Ik noem Richard
I live in a place called Sweden
Ik leef in een plaats genaamd Zweden or Ik woon in een plaats genaamd Zweden.
to live is wonen:
ik woon I live
jij woont you live
hij/zij woont He/she lives
wij wonen they live
jullie wonen you live(plural!)
zij wonen they live
To live means also leven in Dutch but in sentences as: I live!
Wonen is for sentences as: I live in Germany.
Plaats = place(not so difficult )

The numbers
1: een(or één, this is mostly used to know the pronouncement)
We use 'één' in sentences like:
There is one channel on TV(my God! )
Er is één zender op TV.
We use 'een' in sentences like:
We have one car.
We hebben één auto.
We are to lazy to write één therefore it isn't terrible if you don't write it so(the most of us don't do it to ).
--------
2: twee
3: drie
4: vier
5: vijf
6: zes
7: zeven
8: acht
9: negen
10: tien
11: elf
12: twaalf
13: dertien
14: veertien
From now, it's easy:
15: vijftien
16: zestien
17: zeventien
18: achttien
19: negentien
20: twintig(difficult?)
21: eenentwintig
22: tweeëntwintig
23: drieëntwintig
...
30: dertig
40: veertig
50: vijftig
60: zestig
70: zeventig
80: tachtig
90: negentig
100: honderd(no, not hunderd)
And a new word to understand :
Explosives: explosieven
