Treaty with Numenór

Honourable Nobles,

I have the honour of proposing that we ratify the signed treaty with Numenór. The country, formerly known as New Brittania, is a stable and rather old country. It is a pleasure of doing business with them.

King Jeremy and I are friends and have had many negotiations together. Building on this friendship I propose the following:

RESOLVED, that the following Treaty with Numenór is duly ratified and made law --

TREATY BETWEEN THE IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF SHIREROTH AND THE KINGDOM OF NUMENÓR

Article 1
There shall a state of friendship and amity between the Shireroth and Numenór, who are committed to a peaceful resolution of any and all issues that may occur to estrange and otherwise alienate them one from the other.

Article 2
The contracting parties recognise the sovereignty and territorial integrity of each other.

Article 3
The parties shall refrain from any aggressive, belligerent and/or hostile act, policy or measure, covertly or overtly, directed at the other party.

Article 4
This Treaty may only be amended, revised, enlarged expanded upon the concurrence of both Shireroth and Numenór. Any contrary action or measure shall be null and void.

Article 5
The Treaty shall enter into force upon ratification of both Shireroth and Numenór in accordance with their native constitutional procedures.
