Are nonnobles allowed to speak in the Landsraad these days?
Also, I think I have Wolvin's AIM somewhere, so I'll try and find him and tell him to come back and Praetor.

I'm honestly not sure, but I really don't see why not right now. If they're not, we might want to write up a short-term bill giving non-nobles permission to speak here for the next couple of months, until we have really stable activity again.

I must agree with the honourable Duke! We cannot -- under any circumstances -- let commoners enter the hallowed halls of the Landsraad. The Landsraad is, and shall remain, a House of Nobles.

Giving commoners the right to remain in the Landsraad is just a step away from democratisation!
