Reverting to old feudalism

Discussion on the bill appears to be stalling. Since I don't know if I'm counted as a noble anymore (or how many votes I have if I am), I shall raise my voice here: BRING BACK THE OLD FEUDALISM!!! :P 10 votes to a Duchy, Barons and Dukes get to vote like before.

But I also now think that ordinary citizens should have a voice in the Landsraad (though not a vote).

I can see the circus now. If we let everyone into the Landraad it will be a logistical and administrative mess. In order to only have citizens in there, we have to give them all access individually, and with changes in citizenship, that will make for an annoying administrative situation.

Plus, I honestly do not want to have to keep the peace of the entire nation for those more heated debates.

Keep, the nobles in the Landsraad, and the general population in the front gate.

Elwynn's opinion is that:

1) we bring back old feudalism exactly how it was.
2) 10 votes per duchy
3) no commoners in the Landsraad - Commoners' place to debate and propose laws is at the front gate.
