NEED HELP

Post by osmose1000 »

Alright, already explained my troubles earlier, and in a bit of a rush - does anyone know of any way I can open folders that were made private on my old installation and are now locked out to me, even though I have the same account name and password on this new one?

Is there a seperate password to open the private folders? Perhaps you have changed teh password since then and it went back to the old password? I'm just throwing out ideas.

Good Luck!

It doesn't even give you the option to enter a password when trying to access them, it simply states that you don't have access and shunts you away.

Thank god for XP Pro - it allows admins to disable simple sharing and force folders to pledge their loyalty (Read: reset their owner) to someone else.
