I'm rather partial to Chandrasekhar, because you can actually remember and understand the magnitude named after him. The way Bose pulled his statistical Fleming, however, is almost as cool, so the choice comes down to (what else but) what other people think... and since the creators of Star Control II found him cool enough to name a constellation in the game's HyperSpace after him, he's the one I'll be voting for.
