Okay, you want my advice, here's my advice.

First, I suggested you open up the Landsraad to everyone. You took that suggestion. Yay.

Next thing we need is a good recent census.

Next, I think we should cut down on the number of Ministries until we have the proper number of people to hold all of them. Merge Cartography, Interior, Research, and Information into one big Ministry of the Interior. Merge Military, Immigration, and Exterior into one big Exterior. Trade is doomed anyway. We can unsplit them at the proper moment.

End New Feudalism. It was a good idea but just doesn't really work. Split us up into four duchies - I suggest Brookshire, Kildare, Elwynn, and Yardistan. Baronies probably aren't relevant till we get more people.

Oustfest. Get active people as ministers and dukes.

Recwar with Antica. The Anticans want it and we want it. We need a recwar system based around a ruled game - either Diplomacy, or something more suitable to recwarring. This should be done after careful planning.

Start an email newsletter. It'll make it that much harder for people to forget about us.

To, me. It makes no sense to merge all the Ministries like that. If you want to keep new people like me, you need more jobs, not less.

It's a good point, but we don't have a lot of people who are willing to do jobs.
If you volunteer for a job, I'll bet you can get it.

Then leave the jobs empty, waiting to be filled. And have the Kaiser fill those that must be, that are not filled. Or have the Steward, whom I have read about, fill those positions that must be filled, until they are filled.

I actually rather like the new fuedalism. We just need to somehow simplify the Lansraad voting system!

New Feudalism. Old Feudalism.

Why not Neo-Feudalism?

A system based more of status then of land. Houses of the land being truely houses of the land. Great houses, and houses minor of the Landsraad. Land, to be now the gift of the Kaiser, all-powerful, in might and mercy.

I have an idea. Based in history of this nation, in percieved culture and traditions.

Anyone interested in my ideas?
