1. Definitions.
a. A denizen is any individual within the borders of Shireroth.

b. A denizen is a former citizen with certain legal rights.
c. A citizen is a resident of Shireroth who has been granted citizenship status and the privileges there in by the Ministry of Immigration and Naturalization, and/or the Kaiser.
2. Citizenship Regulations
a. Regulations upon the aquisition of citizenship shall be established and maintained by the Ministry of Immigration and Naturalizations.

B. Non-Citizens
1. Denizenship
a. A citizen may become a denizen through any of the following:
i. Improper completion of the bimestrial census.
ii. Emmigrating Shireroth without explicitly declaring that ze does not want to be a denizen.
b. Restrictions
i. A former citizen must obtain permission from the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization to become a denizen.
ii. Citizens that are forcibly kicked out from Shireroth cannot obtain denizenship.
c. Legal Rights
i. A denizen has the right to become a resident of a county.
ii. A denizen has preferential treatment to become the county of the one he is a resident of, if ze decides to obtain citizenship.
iii. Denizenship does not count as dual citizenship.
d. Legal Restrictions
i. A denizen can become a citizen again at any time if he meets the requirements for citizenship. The denizen shall has his minority period waived in this case.
ii. A denizen may not hold office, and may not be a Count or other part of the nobility.
iii. A denizen has to abide by the laws of Shireroth.
