Imperial Proclamation
To all Our Well-Beloved Royals, Nobles and Knights, and all Our other Well-Beloved Citizens whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:
LET IT BE KNOWN that We, Harald Thorstein I the Generous Giver, The Sovereign Viking Emperor, do by this Our Imperial Instrument appoint Our Entirely Beloved Imperial Cousin His Niftiness, Kaiser Meskan II of Shireroth to the Most Magnificent Imperial Order of the Sovereign Viking Crown in the grade of Knight Companion.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that We do by this Our Imperial Instrument confer the state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour of Knight Companion of the Most Magnificent Imperial Order of the Sovereign Viking Crown upon His Niftiness, Kaiser Meskan II of Shireroth, and;
That We do further by this Our Imperial Instrument decree and grant for Us, Our Heirs and Successors that Our Entirely Beloved Imperial Cousin His Niftiness, Kaiser Meskan II of Shireroth may have, hold and possess a seat, place and voice amongst the Company of the Most Magnificent Imperial Order of the Sovereign Viking Crown, and also that he may enjoy and use all the rights, privileges, pre-eminences, immunities and advantages pertaining to a Knight Companion of the Most Magnificent Imperial Order of the Sovereign Viking Crown.
