The Duchy of naudia-Divia loses some cits and land, and makes some changes in leadership

-Erik Metzler loses the county of Monty Crisco, but remains on permanent LOA.

-Darth Miho also loses his county of Woodshire, and his citizenship. It may be regained by filling out the next census and maintaining activity for one (1) week, to be judged by me at the end of said week.

-James Raine also loses his county, but remains on permanent LOA.

Shyriath Bukulos, you are the new Duke. Congrats! The Barony of Woodshire is gone though, without a second county to prop it up, so Benecia goes indy in the duchy.
Therefore, the current arrangement is as follows:

Duchy of Naudia'Diva
--Barony of HOLY
----County of Yardistan (Nick)
----County of Florencia (Greg Dean)
----County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara (Gman/Angel Guardian)
--County of Benacia (Shyriath)
--County of Straylight (Ari)

Greg Dean seems to be missing, and Ari and Nick, while accounted for, are currently unable to be fully active. This leaves the Duchy in a state of that can, I believe, be described as "uh-oh".

That, and the name. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHANGE IT. Nauda'Diva isn't even IN the Duchy of Nauda'Diva. :p

I would highly suggest changing it to Yardistan. Quite frankly, that's what the land of this duchy is.

Yes, you do have a point... le sigh.

But I can't help but find it funny that Yardistan should not only reemerge as a Duchy with most of its original territory, but that Benacia should have been added to it in the process... convoluted, perhaps, but still an annexation in all but name.
