There's no need to ask for permission, I think. The Kaiser has already made the okay for Kaikas to leave Antica, and so Kaikas is free to do whatever it wants.

i was sure i could have just gone ahead bill, but i like to keep my superiors informed and allow others to see whats going on.

and your kaisernessness, i think i could become a duchy, but i woould rather remain a large Barony for now, considering our current population size and activity i would like to maintain one citizen to one county before giving out larger titles.

maybe in one or two more counties , and three citizens... If im to have a duchy, i wish for it to be a bit stronger than my barony currently
