Kaiseral decree #228: Bill for Steward.

Kaiser Alejian II · Post by **Kaiser Alejian II** » Fri Apr 21, 2006 3:38 pm

1- Bill Dusch is my Steward, and empowered to make decrees in my stead as the... well... steward. Anyway, i'm meaning this more to be a test for him, and if he passes, i'll proly name him the next kaiser. Oh man, i'm truly insane...

2- this is decree 228, skipping 227, because I made two 226 decrees. Confusing eh?

By my (insane) hand,
Kaiser Alejian Grifos II

Considering the fact that part of my plans are to revitilize the nation, I think that's a good thing.

Thank you, Kaiser.

*reads it again*
